More Than a Season of Thanks

Reflecting back on 2013 we realize we have much to be thankful for. Hundreds of companies we are fortunate to call our customers. An amazing staff here in Seattle. Thousands of people we met and learned from at over 16 events across the country. Our board, partners, and suppliers. All of you have contributed to our success and fuel our continued passion for helping wholesale distributors thrive.

From as far back as 1996 when MITS first opened its doors, we have had one singular mission: to help our customers make the best decisions possible from the information in the systems used to run their day-to-day business. As we prepare for the New Year, we thought we’d share some of the ways we delivered on that mission in 2013:

  • One CEO spends 60% less time producing high level analytical reports
  • Real-time AR analysis averted thousands of dollars in lost product
  • A $4,300 credit discrepancy in an ERP system was uncovered
  • Time spent creating/distributing branch reports went from 1 week to 1 hour
  • Sales can get a 3 year, 360 degree view of their accounts without help from IT
  • A $7,000 vendor rebate was secured
  • Time spent creating critical product pricing reports went from hours to minutes

We are thrilled to hear these results and excited to touch more customers and roll out new products in 2014. For now, though, we’ll recharge our batteries with time spent with family, friends, and colleagues celebrating the close of one year and the promise of a new one.
